Hillsboro only expects you to be available 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. I worked as a CFI/CFII/MEI at another smaller flight school for the last year and i can tell everyone here the Hillsboro Aviation is an outstanding company that takes very good care of their CFI's. IF any of you have any more questions feel free to PM me.
Well, that's a reverse. How is it overall, staff good, students to be expected, how flexible with days off, etc? What about health/medical benefits, part time positions, etc? Thanks.
