You call me and I check your calendar to see if they've actually had the nerve to make you work for the money that they pay you. If indeed they've assigned you a trip, I immediately call you back with the appropriate information. Then, once a month, I bill you, say a couple of bucks, for the convenience of having someone else check your schedule for you, and thereby providing you with a plausible deniability. Yeah, that's what I'll do from now on.
