well my instructor pay is utterly pathetic as well... but then i realize... im being paid to fly airplanes while my friends of the same age (college) are making possibly the same or less...and i get to fly airplanes...and meet all kinds of cool people. although instructing for 800 hours of dual isn't eveyones dream... we still get to fly.

now just the money..........
