Again, none of it matters IMO. Arbitrators understand that everything that happens (including aircraft retirement)
after the constructive notice of a merger, is happening BECAUSE of the merger. And by the way, none of these "predictions" have actually even happened yet. They understand that it is unprovable whether these things would have happened without a merger in process.
