I don't know the finer details but I'm pretty sure the E-Jets belong to RAH. There's no advantage to the company to outsource flight crew only. No real money in it. The jets are RAH jets. The crews are RAH crews. I don't think an express carrier for Go! could even afford the gas on E-Jets.
