I can say that as well. Here it goes:

It's "not in writing", yet. And I'm not going to splash my "sources" names all over the net. There is a confidentiality agreement in place.

But I stand by my assertion "The deal is NOT dead."

See, it is amazing that one can write something on a message board trying to pawn it off as THE TRUTH. Until you can back up your statements, then all you have is conjecture and rumor. Nothing else.

If this deal falls through, I will be ok. UPS, in their infinite wisdom and knee-jerk reactions, may try to announce a furlough. I don't think it will happen, but this has been beaten to death in another thread. So, in your words, I have nothing to "get over." I hope this allows you to keep your job. I've been down the unemployment road way too many times. I'm trying to show you that w/o backup, I'll wait to see it for myself. Sorry if I don't take your word for it.
