Could you name any other places for a low time pilot to go and build turbine time? Didnt think so...

As far as QOL, I have Saturday and Sunday off every week. Its a salaried position so if you dont fly you only lose about 15 bucks in per diem. Sure the days are long, but what other job could you take your snorkling gear with you and go snorkling in Montego Bay while you wait for departure time? AND be getting paid for it. I dont know about you but I havent heard of any pilot jobs that allow you do that.

I havent heard of a single FO flying less than 3 days in one week. Usually its 4 days, sometimes 5.

Mark is a great guy, you just gotta keep calling him. Dont wait for him to call you. Like I said he has stacks of resumes, all of them willing to pay for their training and sign the contract, you need to do something that makes him want to hire you over the other people. Show up at the hanger, hes usually there at around 8am.

Simply sending in your resume or just calling HR and waiting for a call back isnt enough.
