I use Logbook Pro (NC Software - Flight Log Software). It's the most versitile software out there and at a great price. With most airlines, you can download your trip data and import it directly into Logbook Pro which can save you lots of time. You can also create reports and track your flights in almost any format that works for you. It is very versitile. It also allows you to print your logbook and calculate your flight times immediately. Remember, airlines don't necessarily want to see your flight times in Jeppesen logbooks, they just want to see your flight times and when you reach certain milestones.
