Out of curiosity, since finding posted pay rates is difficult, how much does a 1st year FO and CA make per flight hour?
Furloughed XJT sir and pretty much took no pay cut in the transition. I will fly somewhere around 65 hours this month, and work 16 days (home every night). Per flight hour based on this month 2500/65 = $38.46 per hour you could say, but it will change month to month, its salary so it doesn't matter. So ill say this again, take a peak at a GLakes CA year 1 at $27 an hour and then compare. Also do it for a Mesa airlines second year FO on a jet, who is really lowering the bar?
