Let me just correct the last part of your statement. XJT management wanted 6% not 20% from our pilot group, management took a 10% pay cut as well. Our union and management came together and realized that this was an appropriate step for now, it is essentially a pay freeze for us per the LOA. Mesa is far from the top tier regionals but should be right up there, so get what you want now for the sake of all regional carriers. I would laugh if JO wanted concessions.
