So where do you end up after a few years at IBC? I had some guys in my class at Flight Express a few years ago from IBC. They were there because they had been at IBC but because they had so little PIC hours could not move on to Captain there or get a PIC job anywhere else- so they had to backtrack and take a job as a single engine piston pilot.
