Let me make sure I didn't call you scabs, I don't believe I did. I said the worst things you can do is be a scab and pay for flying....period. Since you are so worried about defending yourselves instead of reading what I wrote I'll word it differently. Lets say IBC or any airline called you in for an interview. When you got there 3 others were there to interview and IBC flat out tells you they only need one or two of you. Now lets say you really impressed them and on the spot they offer you the job, if you pay them 7,500. You say you can't afford that because you have a family, school loans or whatever. They then ask the other two if they have the money and then give them the job when they say yes. Is that fair? Nope not at all but since people like you are so desperate for a job they are willing to pay for it. Now besides that I also was using flight instructing as a job example. I know it isn't for everyone but there are jobs out there you don't have to pay for. The turn overrate at night cargo is always high for fo's even now.
