There are many sources, you've just got to get started. Google is your best bet. I have been flying overseas for several years now and was in the same boat you are. Start reading more European aviation mags. They have better links than the current US ones. Start ups won't look at you since they need people with time in type. the majority of people are looking for people already qualified but there are some out there. Bjets in India & Singapore has a wide range of aircraft. Jet Asia in Macau also has 5 or 6 Hawkers. Here's a link to get you started.
