If you can't wait it will bump your price up to $14k if I'm not mistaken. Time is like the others about a month, and they will try to help you find cheap housing. I am looking for a CRJ type myself which is offered at a very affordable price of 12.5k at CAE's Denver facility if you bring your own sim partner. Otherwise it's 18k.
