"Here's a guy that when we met had never flown in schedule service, we put him into business, our brand our marketing our technology our money and he sort of built up his business and decided to I guess--I presume effectively abandon our franchise," said Ornstein.

"I think it's really bad karma for Bill who befriended me and asked to be our partner who we've loaned money to, who we've built his business on our platform and I think when you do things like this that in my opinion are somewhat less than straight up I think in the end that comes back to bite you," said Ornstein.
