I'm all for making money but not at the passenger's expense. I hear it way to much that people in this industry forget our pax are the reason we are in business. Safety first, then pax, then screw company. It is not the pax fault our work rules suck and we accept to work under these conditions.
Yeah it is not the pax fault that they are going to sites like cheapfare or expedia to find the lowest fares don't matter if they are rerouted around the whole country or if they flying down in one airline and comingback in another carrier making airlines bring their fares to the down dirty bottom where they cannot make money anymore. and then guess who is they final people affected with pay cuts and nasty work rules .... Yeap us the pilots and airline workers are the ones paying the final price by the passanger not being loyal to the airlines any more.
