Let me put it this way...my wife's job has many benefits that she enjoys because she is an actual part of the corporation, not just a contractor that does some of their work. It would not make sense that a contracter should get the exact same benefits as my wife. If her company goes down, she goes down with it. The contractor simply leaves and finds work elsewhere. It's because of taking that risk that she deserves certain benefits above her contractors.

Please show me where I wrote that I should be higher than a NWA pilot...that's right, I never wrote that. The only airlines I should be higher than are airlines that NWAC contracts with outside of our corporation.
