Common Rick I know you have a broader view of things than that. This is exactly how the E-170s came on property, 32 of them at one time I think, along with the gates that RAH now leases back to US Airways.

I'm not a koolaid drinker and maybe this is all just insurance for BB. But he's spreading himself out a lot right now. If these companies start going BK then RAH could become a serious powerhouse. I'm not talking regional either. The current market out there has allowed RAH to make some serious investments. That's what these are and to be honest I don't think this is to secure more flying. It'd be great if it did but we haven't seen a single bird flying for F9 after all this. There's a lot of assets to be picked up by RAH that will only appreciate in value/income so long as they can weather the storm. Once the economy comes back there will be a lot of places paying interest on loans to RAH or handing over their gates etc.
