Why don't you go find the person in your company that wrote your checklists, and then ask him/her what the hiring situation prognosis is there?

I don't know what the hiring is. But, I suspect that as the planes are delivered over the next few months, there will be hiring. If you're interested in working in the middle east, and you're rated and current in the CRJ, I recommend calling one of the broker/agents who handle that type of hiring:

Avionco in Calgary
Brookfield in London
