I also do the same thing as a now paying customer! Even if they are not at the door, I will say it loud enough to for them to hear it.
It was always nice to have a kind word durning a long day or behind schedule with a quick turn on our hands.
FWIW, I have been to First at TEB and it reminds me of our old operations during a push. Airlines world colliding with Corporate world.... it was kind of odd! Not your typical FBO.
