Normally I would agree with you, however...
Many of us on APC know TW (his real name) personally or by reputation...he is rated in the CRJ and unemployed. Doesn't seem unusual to me that he might have gone overseas in this hiring climate. Also, it sounds like he wants to compare several checklists to see if the airlines came up with any gotchas which bombardier might have missed.
Also, for all of you airline-startup experts...the middle-east is a whole different animal. Whatever you think are the regualtory issues here, I guarantee that they do not apply in Yemen
