Horizon Air IBT: Voluntary Furlough / PT Lines LOA Ratified

Just was wondering what this meant to you all at Horizon? Does this mean that some of you will be forced to take part time lines to save others about to be furloughed? Or is it going to be Voluntary? If its forced that is just sickining.
