Regardless of the circumstances, this type of reply depicts a type of child-like posturing. And the reply before that of basically looking for a fight says a lot about the character behind the screen-name. If you don't agree with the company there are other ways to go about making changes rather than trying to pick a fight in a Starbucks. I'm glad this is the level of maturity that is responsible for flying lives around the country.
