I would venture to guess that there are exactly 118 people in the pool. I'm one of them. They send us a monthly update, and the last email was sent to 118 email addresses on Oct 17. This email stated that there have been no changes except there was a "recruitment summit", and that they "hoped to be able to have some positive news in the coming months".
