But is garanteeing future advancement based on that attrition a statistical certainty, within the context of this merger? I don't believe he set any priorities as to which basis for future expectations is more valid or more vague. The "now and in the future" comment is pretty general, unobjectionable platitude, I doubt he gave a little "wink"

to the NW side when he said it.
