So I'm just curious, NetJets folks, why no respect? Does it matter that you're not jumpseating, but paying passengers? You're in uniform. You're Pilots. Many of you are former RJ-Drivers...and besides, we're all flying these "little airplanes!"

We're just looking for the same respect we give you is all. Y'all don't have to kill with kindness, just a friendly nod of the head, shake of the hand...!
If all you're doing is smiling and nodding, have you considered the possibility you're not even getting their attention? When making these SILENT salutations, are you performing them in a fashion that ensures the "receiving party" can see what you're doing??

How about this.... at the end of your flight, try standing at the cockpit door and say "Goodbye! Thanks for flying with us!" to EVERY passenger as they walk by. When the "revenue-generating Pilot passenger" approaches I'm pretty sure you will be pleased with the result. I wouldn't be surprised if you receive a cheerful "Thanks for the safe ride Captain!"
