I flew the SBA ONT route for 9 months. When I was there it was 5 days a week/overnight in ONT. Start monday night and end sat morning. If I commuted back to the midwest I would JS thru PHX on Mesa. It was a low time run. When I was there we had to share a hotel room but I'm sure that has changed now.
