Could someone explain how pay is calculated. I know that you have monthly guarantees of 62/65 hours, but is it strictly off actual block times? Do you have any thing like daily minimum pay, duty or trip rigs, etc.? How many hours will a pilot typically credit for the month, both reserve and lineholder? (I assume you have typical reserve lines.)
