All I can say is that Colgan went downhill fast after selling to 9E. And don't try and tell me "oh we wouldn't have gotten Q's". Those planes should not move with the pay rates. Colgan treated everyone better before they sold out. What a crappy company it has become. I don't know what it is like at 9e, but it sounds like it is getting better over there.
