Face it...most major airlines really don't care what happened at your last regional...H/R will look for PIC time and get you an interview...the chief pilots are going to be older on the interview board, so they will likely not even think twice about gojet.
Except the fact that Delta HR will be doing the hiring now, so what is their take? Keep in mind that the average line pilot at DL took a very keen interest in who was interviewing and where they came from during the last hiring round. Granted it had to do with a certain DCI carrier, but the same thing could happen if the Gojet pilots are associated with being like the RJDC guys. Delta HR is very sensitive to the line pilot's input. Plus it's not the CPs who are part of the interview process, but line captains and recently retired guys whose purpose in the interview is to act as a filter for the line pilots.
