The rates are based on our 2004 contract, then a little thing called Ch11 happened. Nevermind that your rates are new and not negotiated in bankruptcy. As someone else mentioned, our wages are snapping back to pre Ch11 wages and our work rules support the pay. I'd much rather have a slightly lower wage with solid rules to support them than a high wage and the ability to watch them wash away without work rules. Nobody at XJ sent ourselves, our contract or our brothers down the river for these jets. I know... it's hard to deal with the reality.
