Second of all, my point was just that. I can't, nor can anyone else, make a list like that. Each individual has to decide for him or herself whether or not a particular salary is worth it or not. It is ludicrous to go around telling someone if they are getting paid crap or not.

second I'm not asking what the industry should decide (we already know by the current rates out their) I'm asking what you have decided. As you put it and I quote "Each individual has to decide for him or herself whether or not a particular salary is worth it or not." So what's you worth? It's a simple question with a simple answer.
