The best hand flying airplanes out there are Falcons. Bar none.
I was not impressed until the 7X. It has some rudder issues (or lack of) but it has a great feel and some decent engines.
The rest -- too light on the controls, very underpowered.
Learjet 20 series? - not hard to fly, even with broken autopilots..
...You quickly learn to fly cruise legs with your knees!
and the airline goal?? - thats a good one...LOL
