I couldn't agree with you more...but if I got into the regionals for the pay, well...then that was poor planning on my part....I think we all aspire someday to be in a position to do what we love and make pretty good money...but you gotta start somewhere and pay your dues...thats just the system man, sure everyone wants change, but is it worth the BS? I just set it all aside and keep workin, thats all ya can do, just do your part and hope someone notices...the days of Pilots makin 350k are long gone
