Your passing judgment on me and how hard I had to work to get where I am now would be like me making just assuming that you went to some big Jet University with Mommy and Daddy's money and soon after graduating, without one hour of dual given, were lucky enough to scooped up by some desperate Regional in the peak of the hiring boom. However, I will give you the benefit of the doubt and reserve judgment. If you'd like to know my true story I'd be glad to compare stories of how we got to where we are now.
I will not take back what I said about your horrible attitude. I will hold firm to the fact that your attitude is the reason we currently have these low wages and are disrespected by management. You come off as very ignorant and I am honestly surprised you are in the industry. I am sorry if I offended you but I do take it personally when you say pilots (which includes me) are not smart, talented or special. You are asking to be attacked for your comments. As long as we have that attitude we will not get the respect we deserve from management.
I have no desire to compare stories. I hate playing that game. Just man up and stop being a part of the problem and start being a part of the solution.
