Yes it appears that the #1 T/R (translating Cascade) is still deployed and or damaged.(would be full reverse on aborted T.O. right?)
Also looks like a well executed high speed (Skid marks) left turn. Maybe to avoid a less pleasant looking over run (End lights and nasty Loc antenas etc) .
Or malfunction of the #1 T/R (uncommanded deploy creating some yaw moment to the left) and instead of going flying we make a left here and call it a day
