The reality of it is, our negotiating guys hear it all the time. "Why should we pay you guys xxx? Gojets will do it for way less." THAT is why we blame the pilots. They're the ones working for an airline that exists solely to lower the bar...

(This deal with them looking at CRJ-200s is a perfect example... It lets mgmt say to us "Oh? you want a raise? It'd be a shame if all that 50 seat flying went to Gojet... They have a 50 seat payscale you know. And they'll work for less than you want.")
