I think there is more to it. I was hoping to retire in 2022 @age 60 along with another 180ish pilots. Push that 5 years later to 2027 and the chart shows over 200 pilots hitting 65. Maybe they have plans on hiring only old pilots for the foreseeable future.
Never mind. That doesn't make sense either.
