The mail is full of pilots right now. It is also not a great time builder, it only takes .3 to get to ACK. Right seat is not that bad, you would get the time quick doing the longer Ney York trips. Also FO's can bid a base now, RSW BOS SJU or ALB.
how tough would it be to get BOS? and how much flying does a new hire do while on reserve? a lot of sitting or do they keep you busy.?
