No intergration. UNEMPLOYMENT FIGURES CAME OUT FROM THE US DOL, and they are the highest since post 911 and expected to go to the early 80's levels 12% unemployment. So if we leave them as managers not on the list and they start to fly 90 hrs a month with no work rules plus working in the office this is better than on the list with work rules, min days off, etc that would reduce the utilization?
