I would second this notion about how good it is here (hopefully we'll keep it like that)... and how bad it is in Honduras (good diving there though!)and the rest of Central America. All of Western Europe is pretty much on par with the US as far as living goes... jump across the old wall and venture further into Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, etc... you'll see what living under communism was like. I will never forget my experience there...it is frustrating to come back to America and deal with idealists who have never ventured out of the country.

Perhaps the nicest European country would have to be Switzerland, if any go... I'd recommend a little town called Interlaken...one of the most beautiful places on earth.
