They will be able to pull the ERJ's like they did last summer for a few months. The ERJ's will be pulled until the actual lawsuit is heard. Delta will also not pay them for the time being either. Again unless mesa then goes on to win the actual lawsuit.

Mesa claimed in the original injunction case that if delta pulled the ERJ's and didn't pay them until the lawsuit was heard they would be forced to file bankruptcy. Thus not being able to actually make it to court.
