Actually, the decision and accompanying written documents will be released on Dec 8th. The third round of hearings is what is happening Nov 15-17. The original deadline was Nov 20th. The arbitrators wanted til Dec 20th to make a decision and both sides agreed. Then the panel moved the date up to Dec 8th.

DOH is a non-starter, every pilot at DL and NW should know that, even if they feverntly hope for it. Don't know what agenda you're pushing with that statement. Also, don't look for high or strong fences. NW proposed 5 year fences around the "premium" WB flying only and DL only proposed 10 year fences around the WBs. You really think that the panel will be even more restrictive than the most restrictive proposal?
