I think the fellow is getting burned out on those grueling days that we put in week in and week out. I'm burned out myself- quite frankly. My FedEx neighbor has a MUCH better lifestyle than I do, no doubt about it.

Don't get me wrong, SWA is a great company to work for. But we work our rear ends off.

So I would go to UPS if Quality of Life is the #1 factor, SWA to UPS.
