Okay, my two cents on flight instructing, I think it good because you learn how to work with people and like someone else said it keeps you on top of your knowledge base. However, I have found that it has hurt my flying skills. I find I need to go up frequently and shoot appraoches to stay on top of what it actually takes to fly an airline not just sit there and explain it.
