With the violation of the 7300 floor does that require recalls if they go below it? Curious as to what that violation means?
Recalls will not remedy the 7300 pilot floor since pilots added to the seniority list via merger and acquisition do not count. From here out, until you get to the very end of the furlough list, it's all TWA pilots which do not count towards the 7300 floor.
