Sounds like Boyd wants SWA to become a legacy carrier.
The tremendous cost for SWA to implement Boyd's plan is amazing. The delays associated w/ international, configuring the airplanes, diversifying the fleet, I could go on...
I don't think SWA needs Boyd's advice they have done pretty well w/out it.
Talk to some senior SWA captains--they roll their eyes at most of this BS.
