Do these people also have no interest in using the commercial ticket they worked so hard for? Why become a commercial pilot if you're not gonna get paid?
There are also some people who have no interest in paying for something they could get paid for. I would imagine the people who pay for multi time are the same people who would pay to be a regional FO.
