And as far as my M1-A, it's my business what my hobbies are- not yours. So I'm an NRA licensed firearms instructor, and am heavily involved with IPSC shooting events. And I do love my M1-A, it's a great rifle. It's won me a fair amount of trophies. Gun nut? No, but I will protect my family and property if need be.
As far as leaving my firearms at home, I refuse. But I won't go imposing my beliefs on someone, just because theirs are different. But if you believe so, you are no better than the terrorists who brought down the twin towers.
Maybe you should get out of your shell every now and then. Yeah, CA is full of left wing loonies, but why take them on when you don't have to? Skygirl does have some valid points. I may not agree with all of them, but I do respect them.
And Dianne Feinstein... you don't have to go lecturing me about her. I've lived under her gestapo for 25 years. She is the biggest hypocrite I have ever seen, but unfortunately, the liberal voters in CA won't get rid of her any time soon. It's just a fact we have to face. Solution: move out, which is exactly what I'm doing.
So, CargoBob, maybe we conservatives can grow up first and get past the name calling. Maybe the liberals will follow, and we can solve our problems collectively. It's something called maturity- really, you should try it sometime, it works wonders in getting people to understand your beliefs.
