Does HR actually look at updated applications/resumes? I applied a few months ago with 800 total time. I now have 1021 total with 251 multi (almost all as instructor, so PIC). Will they even consider me when there are so many furloughed guys on the street? I heard that they recently hired some guys with less than 600 total time though, is that true? That can't make any sense in today's market. Should I submit a new app, or just update my current one?

There were, I think, 7 including myself that interviewed the other day.. and all of us were furloughed 121. Not sure, but it seems like they are focusing on taking furloughees more so than not.
